Holmetech Akademy is an initiative of a group of IT engineers passionate about digital technology and training. We created this academy to meet the growing needs for digital skills in French-speaking Africa, where digital technology is a vector of development and solidarity.
We offer qualifying training in digital, face-to-face and online, for students, job seekers and professionals who wish to train or retrain for digital careers.
We collaborate with universities, companies and international organizations to offer training adapted to the realities of the labor market and the challenges of society.
Since our creation, we have trained more than 400 learners and established partnerships with more than 50 companies.
Job description
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of our company’s digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop online marketing plans, manage advertising campaigns, develop the brand’s presence on social media and analyze performance to optimize results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products and services.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google ads, social media ads and email marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize content for social media, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence on appropriate platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and performance to assess effectiveness and make improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital-friendly visual content and marketing materials.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, new technologies and innovations to stay at the forefront of best practices.
- Manage the budget allocated to digital marketing and optimize expenses to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure brand voice is consistent across all social media platforms and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content creation based on marketing and communications objectives.
- Participate in online events, webinars, virtual conferences, etc., to promote the academy and build partnerships.
Required Skills
- University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Solid experience in digital marketing (01 year minimum experience) , preferably in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.
- In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics to improve online visibility.
- Ability to analyze data and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Proficient in email marketing techniques and mailing list management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as writing digital-ready copy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
