ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA is recruiting: Finance Officer-Performance Management

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Ensure the follow-up and monitoring of the performance of Business Units, Agencies and Products
Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the subsidiary
  Ensure the monitoring of expenses, the processing of purchase requests and provisions
     Ensure reliability information on expenses and income
  Carry out the analytical review of accounts and Ensure the quality of expenditure and compliance with procedures in this area
JOB PROFILE

Experience:
     5 years’ experience in the banking finance profession or in a similar position .
Very good mastery of management controls, planning and budget, banking regulations in the CEMAC zone and budget management and monitoring.
Personal Qualities:
  Organizational skills
  Moral integrity e Ability to work under pressure and with complete autonomy e Sense of initiative (Strength of proposal).
