Main mission: Establish and monitor the activities of the Operations Department.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Animation of the operational system for 1st level monitoring of operational controls and accounting consistency:
- Develop, with the support of Permanent Control, the quality control guides to be deployed to the Operations Department.
- Ensure the updating of level 1 control guides and ensure exhaustive coverage of all the activities of the Operations Department.
- Contribute to the coverage and updating of procedures that govern operations activities.
- Raise operational awareness of the implementation and formalization of Level 1 controls.
- Ensure the verification of operations according to the framework and frequencies defined by the level 1 control guides.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures through reviews of the controls put in place.
- Ensure the regularization of anomalies detected by operational staff.
Analysis and monitoring of reconciliations of accounts of the Operations Department and development of dashboards:
- Collaborate with the Permanent Control and Internal Audit Departments to implement recommendations.
- Centralize feedback and formalization of operational controls carried out at business level.
- Continuously review process controls identified as sensitive.
- Consolidate data on anomalies and present numerical and qualitative indicators.
- Report operational incidents to Permanent Control and ensure their correction.
- Check the reliability and regularity of the information transmitted by the Operations Department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED SKILLS
Know:
- Good knowledge of control and audit fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of banking operations.
- Good knowledge of bank accounting.
Expertise:
- Good command of banking accounting techniques.
- Good mastery of the methodological approach to controls.
- Use of IT tools and the office suite (Microsoft Office Pack).
Know-how:
- Team management.
- Very good organization.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Rigor.
- Good communication.
- Analytical mind.
