Cameroun Hydro SARL , a company specializing in the supply of drinking water and other services linked to the major water cycle (management of aquatic environments, flood prevention, etc.), is looking for two (02) professional interns to a duration of 6 months, renewable, with the possibility of switching to a permanent contract.
Required profile:
- Holder of a minimum Bac+3 level engineering diploma in the field of water or related fields, or student in the process of obtaining this diploma, at the end of their studies.
Internship Description: The intern will work within the company on various projects related to its main activities, including:
- Technical assistance in the field when carrying out hydrological and geophysical studies, drilling, catchments, and the installation of mini-networks for drinking water supply.
- Collection of data on project sites and analysis of drinking water needs in targeted areas.
- Collaboration in the design and monitoring of projects by developing technical plans and specifications.
- Participation in the administrative and logistical management of projects, ensuring the monitoring of budgets, schedules and necessary resources.
- Technology monitoring to propose recommendations aimed at improving the company’s processes and products.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge in the field of water, with a specialization in hydrology, geology, or civil engineering.
- Mastery of computer tools such as GIS (QGIS) and design software (Epanet, Autocad, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of initiative.
