HR and Social Media Executive Assistant.
At Eclipse ER Cameroon, the HR Executive Assistant plays a key role in the organization and administrative management of the company. Their responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
A. HR Executive Assistance
* Coordination and Organization: Manage the executive’s calendars and appointments; organize meetings and draft minutes; ensure the flow of internal information; monitor confidential company files;
* Administrative Management: Maintain personnel files; file and archive HR administrative documents; manage mail and supplies; prepare employment contracts, certificates, and administrative correspondence; track leave, absences, and attendance.
B. Company Social Media Management
* Social Media Management: Manage the company’s accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn; regularly publish professional content; Ensure a professional and consistent company image
*Content creation: write HR and corporate publications; design and distribute visuals, advertising campaigns, and internal announcements; highlight the company’s activities, events, and achievements; participate in internal and external communication; develop digital communication strategiesSee morescienceJob platformPrimary and secondary education
*Employer branding: promote the company’s culture and mission; communicate about recruitment and opportunities; promote social initiatives and staff events; improve the company’s visibility and reputation

CANDIDATE PROFILE
β’ Education: Associate’s degree (Bac+2) or Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Executive Assistance, Administrative Management, Human Resources, or equivalent.
β’ Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an SME or international environment.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Excellent written communication skills in French. A good command of professional English is a major asset.
β’ Knowledge of professional social networks.
β’ Basic understanding of human resources management.
β’ Proficiency with digital communication tools (video conferencing, instant messaging).
