General objective of the function: The Teller Manager’s mission is to supervise and control all cash and customer service operations, ensure the security of funds and valuables, guarantee compliance of operations with procedures and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of services as well as the operational and commercial performance of the branch.
Main Mission
The Teller Manager ‘s specific mission is to ensure the reliability and regularity of teller operations and guarantee the security of funds, valuables and means of payment.
3. Main Missions
3.1. Management and supervision of operations
Supervise the execution of all cash and teller operations.
Control deposit, withdrawal, transfer, loan repayment and various payment transactions.
Ensure the regularity and conformity of operations recorded in the information system.
Ensure the control of daily opening and closing of cash registers.
To ensure the permanent availability of the liquidity necessary for the operation of the agency.
Control and validate operations within the limits of delegated powers.
3.2. Cash and Securities Management
Ensure daily monitoring of the agency’s cash position.
Organize supplies and fund transfers.
Control cash movements and cash inventories.
Ensure the secure storage of cash, checks, valuable documents and means of payment.
3.3. Internal control and compliance
Ensure strict application of operational procedures and internal control rules.
To verify the compliance of client files and completed transactions.
Ensure compliance with provisions relating to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT).
Identify, analyze and report any anomalies or suspicious transactions.
3.4. Administrative management and reporting
Produce daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
Monitor the agency’s operational indicators.
To control the quality and reliability of the data transmitted to Management.
Ensure the proper maintenance and archiving of administrative and accounting documents.
