MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The position holder will be responsible for contributing to:

  • managing careers, promotions and transfers of employees;
  • the implementation of the staff recruitment and integration policy;
  • the implementation of forward-looking skills management and mobility plans;
  • the implementation and monitoring of HR projects and the management of internal HR communication.

The main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Lead the reflection, in liaison with managers and the HR manager, on the evaluation of skills and performances;
  • Dialogue internally with all managers and HR managers who can provide visibility in terms of detection/evaluation of potential and performance;
  • Ensure the supervision of recruitment and the integration of new recruits;
  • Contribute to the analysis of training needs;
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of training plans;
  • Carry out hot and cold evaluation of training;
  • Prepare all mandatory documents in terms of personnel management (employment contracts, social security contributions, etc.);
  • Maintain personnel files;
  • Ensure monitoring of administrative management of personnel (discipline, absence, leave).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of career management and forward-looking management of jobs and skills;
  • Good knowledge of training engineering;
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment and integration process of new recruits;
  • Good knowledge of internal communication;
  • Knowledge of HR management tools and techniques;
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Master reporting tools.

  • BAC+3 Human Resources, Administration, Management;
