Missions
Under the responsibility of his/her line manager, the HR assistant will be responsible for:

Ensuring the administrative management of personnel (establishing and monitoring files at the CNPS, payroll management, management of employee contracts, etc.)
Managing relationships with service providers
Ensuring the development of human resources (evaluation, training, motivation)
Making corporate culture a reality within the company.


Ensuring that all staff have the necessary resources to carry out their tasks
Effectively managing staff recruitment according to company rules
Ensuring that personnel files are up to date
Ensuring that all departments have optimal staffing.


Profile
Have at least a Bac + 3 in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field
Have good skills in human resources management
Have a good knowledge of the regulations (laws, orders, decrees) in force in Cameroon on work and working conditions
Have a good command of the use of IT tools and the Office Pack.


Personal skills
Be passionate through new technologies and/or digital
Be of good moral character, rigorous and have good organizational skills
Have a good command of French and/or English
Be able to adapt to change
Be able to work under pressure
Know how to maintain confidentiality internally and externally
Be proactive, curious, dynamic, insightful, friendly
