MISSIONS
Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, personnel files, absences, leave, etc.); Participate in recruitment (design of the call for applications, sorting of candidates, organization of interviews, preparation of minutes);
Contribute to the preparation of pay slips and follow up on social declarations.Organize training sessions and manage the skills development plan;Monitor staff evaluations and career management: Participate in the implementation of HR procedures and ensure compliance with internal regulations:Ensure legal and social monitoring to guarantee compliance with current legislation;Assist in the management of social relations and internal communications.
PROFILE -Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Law, or any other related field; -A minimum of experience (06 months) in a similar position, ideally in the microfinance or banking sector;-Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software;-Good knowledge of labor law and legal obligations regarding personnel management;- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
