Main mission:
Reporting to the Head of the Non-Life Accounting and Tax Department, your mission will be to supervise and coordinate all activities
related to Non-Life technical accounting, while ensuring the reliability of accounting data and compliance with regulatory standards
Job content:
• Manage and supervise accounting operations related to the company’s Non-Life activity
Control technical provisions and their correct recording in the financial statements; Ensure compliance of technical accounting entries with CIMA standards; Prepare and submit Non-Life technical financial statements required by regulations; Monitor premiums, reserves, claims and commissions in collaboration with the relevant departments; Analyze Non-Life technical accounts and propose adjustments if necessary; Guarantee the accuracy of reconciliations of technical accounts with operational data; Participate in the preparation of consolidation statements in accordance with CIMA standards: Collaborate with internal and external auditors for activities within your scope: Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to Non-Life technical accounting; Train and supervise the team under your responsibility to ensure continuous skills development. Required profile Diploma: BAC+4/5 in Accounting, Finance, Insurance or any other equivalent diploma. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in technical accounting, ideally in the insurance sector (Non-Life), Insurance, audit firms, financial companies; with a good knowledge of CIMA standards, calculation of technical provisions, monitoring of collections and ORASS software. Skills Ability to master CIMA standards and accounting specificities related to Non-Life insurance.

Ability to record and validate complex accounting transactions.
Expertise in technical accounts and provisions management.
Ability to produce and analyze detailed financial statements.
Ability to analyze accounting data and detect anomalies.
Competence in the use of Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
