MAIN MISSION
As Human Resources Manager, you will be a strategic pillar for the international development of the group. Your missions include:

Recruitment & Talent Management:
Management of multicultural recruitment (sourcing via LinkedIn, local platforms, school partnerships).
Development of talent retention programs (career plans, mentoring).
Compliance & Social Relations:
Legal monitoring of labor codes in French-speaking/English-speaking Africa.
Management of relations with unions and legal bodies (inspections, social audits).
HR Digital Transformation:
Deployment and optimization of an HRIS (Monitoring of key indicators: turnover, satisfaction).
Digitalization of processes (electronic payroll, leave management via BambooHR or Workday).
Organizational Development:
Promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion (policies adapted to local contexts).
Creation of continuing education programs (leadership, technical skills).

REQUIRED PROFILE
Training:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Law or Work Psychology.
Certification in GPEC or CSR (major asset).

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR management and if possible multinational (a plus), ideally in an African context.
Proven experience in the digitalization of HR processes.

Technical Skills:
Mastery of HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Expertise in HR data analysis (dashboards, performance indicators).
