Function
MISSIONS
The main role of IT End User Support is to ensure functional and technical support of application chains to users and to provide quality services to users through clear procedures and effective technical/functional assistance in the region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow basic systems and network administration
- Monitor computer network security
- Monitor IT projects in compliance with standards and best practices
- Monitor the evolution of IT tasks and manage risks
- Support service providers in carrying out activities
- Administer systems including configuration
- Publish IT tips
- Diagnose and resolve observed anomalies
- Administer, maintain and develop specific databases as well as batch monitoring.

Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- BAC+3 in Computer Science or any other equivalent diploma
- At least 05 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and significant experience in managing IT projects
- Have a CCNA certification
- Have a good knowledge of databases;
- Mastery of the installation & configuration of Windows servers;
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance (hardware/software);
- Good knowledge of IT service management standards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001
