 Job title: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR 
 Field of activity: COMMERCE

 Position: EXECUTIVE
 Main mission: ASSIST THE MANAGER IN HIS TASKS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 Education: Logistics management 
 Level of education: Minimum of BACC +3 in transport and logistics
 Technical skills: Good analytical skills, good judgment and problem-solving skills, ability to better organize and coordinate, to better communicate with the Chinese manager and execute his order    
 Personal qualities: Rigorous and calm, uncompromising, serious and responsible, discreet and able to work under high pressure
 Professional Experience: at least 05 years in a similar position
 Living in and around YASSA is preferable
 Age : between 30 and 45 years’ old
 Be able to work at SUNDA’s FACTORY at KENDECK
 Being perfectly bilingual or ENGLISH-SPEAKING
 TASKS / PURPOSE OF THE POST
 Responsible for preparing, arranging and managing all resources such as space, manpower, machinery and accessories required for the receipt, removal and arrangement of goods
 The responsibility of managing the daily and monthly inventory, repackaging of broken or damaged goods, and ensuring that the physical goods are equal to the stock sheet.  
 Responsible for checking the attendance of team members and day laborers, organizing their overtime work, checking their wages and training them. Filing and archiving of documents
 Checking and controlling the daily fuel consumption of the machines
 Responsibility for 6S management throughout the warehouse;
 The task of holding a meeting every morning in a spirit of management and requirement
 The responsibility to report immediately on problems found in the warehouse
 The responsibility to carry out any other mission ordered by the warehouse manager or any superior
 Assist the manager
