MAIN MISSIONS
Provide technical support to employees (installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment);
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents;
Manage and secure access to IT tools (messaging, business software, etc.);
Ensure the administration and maintenance of networks and servers;
Implement data backup and recovery procedures;
Ensure technological monitoring and propose improvements in cybersecurity and IT optimization;
Train users in good IT practices and the use of internal tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Holder of at least a BAC + 2 / Bac + 3 in Computer Science, Networks, or Equivalent
β’ Bilingualism (English and French)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
β’ Two (02) years of experience at least in the IT profession
REQUIRED SKILLS
Mastery of Windows 11 systems, Office Suite, Microsoft 365 and management software; Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity;
Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills;
Team spirit and sense of service;
Excellent organization and rigor.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Experience in a consulting firm environment or in end-user support; Knowledge of ERP or tax management software;
IT certification (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.).
