A Digital Communication & Marketing Intern
Context:
As part of the strategic development and visibility improvement of one of its partner organizations, ENSEV is looking for a motivated and creative marketing and communication intern with a keen interest in digital communication and brand development.
Missions:
Under the supervision of management and in collaboration with the team, the intern’s missions will be:
– Social media management:
Develop and manage our pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
Plan and publish engaging content (articles, visuals, videos).
Interact with the community and moderate comments.
– Content creation and digital communication:
Write blog articles, newsletters and posts for social networks.
Design attractive visuals in collaboration with the team.
Participate in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns.
– Visibility and marketing strategy:
Contribute to the development of the marketing and communication strategy.
Assist in the implementation of promotional actions and online events.
Analyze the impact of the actions carried out and suggest improvements.
– Event support and public relations:
Participate in the organization of events (conferences, trade shows, webinars).
Write press releases and manage media relations. Desired profile – Student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, journalism, digital marketing, IT or similar field. – Good command of social networks and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). – Skills in writing and content creation (written, image, video). – Sense of graphics and layout (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus). – Knowledge of web referencing (SEO/SEA) would be an asset. – Creativity and initiative. – Autonomy and rigor in the execution of tasks. – Interpersonal skills and adaptability. – The candidate must be able to ensure strategic monitoring of our company on the internet using digital marketing tools Good to know: Position: Digital Marketing & Communication Intern Country: Cameroon Company: ENSEV Workplace: Cité Chirac, Douala Application file Attachments to provide: – Cover letter

Performance assessment criteria: Based on expected results
Level of experience: Student, recent graduate – Beginner < 2 years (at least one or two previous experiences desired)
Language: French and English (Desired)
Internship duration: 6 Months
Internship compensation: To be discussed according to profile
