🔑 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Advisory professional, your duties will include:
1. Diagnostics and Market Research
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and financial analyses.
- Carry out strategic studies and market research.
2. Strategy and Operating Model Design
- Contribute to the design of Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Participate in developing strategic plans for clients.
3. Digital Transformation and Customer Experience
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to process optimization and change management.
- Participate in developing 360-degree customer experience solutions.
4. Client Proposals and Deliverables
- Prepare professional presentations and executive summaries.
- Develop proposals and other consulting deliverables for clients.
🎓 Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at Bac+4/5 level from a business, engineering, management, finance, or economics school.
- Interest: Strong passion for management consulting, business strategy, and transformation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, rigor, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to work independently.
- Languages: Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
