Position: Accountant

📍 Location: Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon
KP Strategy is recruiting a qualified and experienced Accountant to strengthen its team in Douala. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised and proficient in OHADA accounting standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage general and cost accounting operations. • Prepare the company’s financial statements. • Prepare and submit tax and social security declarations. • Verify, manage and monitor accounting documents. • Participate in budget preparation and monitor budget variances. • Collaborate with auditors and financial partners.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Accounting, Finance, Management or an equivalent field. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. • Good knowledge of OHADA accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Ciel or equivalent tools. • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience Level: Experienced professional. • Required Experience: 3–5 years. • Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Licence).
