Position: Bancassurance Network Development Officer

SANLAM ALLIANZ Cameroon is recruiting Bancassurance Network Development Officers to support the growth and development of its insurance activities within its partner banking network.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Develop sales of Life and Non-Life insurance products within the partner banking network. • Support and advise sales teams on marketing and selling insurance products. • Train partner network employees on insurance products, offers and procedures. • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement strategies. • Coordinate and strengthen the company’s distribution network. • Contribute to achieving the company’s commercial and sales targets.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Commerce, Sales, Insurance or a related field. • At least 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector. • Good command of office productivity tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales management skills. • Strong results-oriented and customer-focused mindset. • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Experience Level: Experienced professionals. • Required Experience: 2–3 years. • Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Licence).
