📍 Location: Bonabéri, Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon
🕒 Contract Type: 2-month pre-employment internship
💰 Salary: 100,000 FCFA/month (Quality Officer)

1. QUALITY OFFICER (QHSE)
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality and safety audits to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Review, formalize, and update procedures in collaboration with process owners.
- Document and implement process improvements.
- Prepare certification documents and reporting tools.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for effective management.
- Support and train the two Quality Assistants.
- Prepare management reports and other relevant deliverables.
Required Profile:
- Degree in QHSE, Quality Management, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an industrial company, preferably in production, maintenance, or quality.
- Residence in Bonabéri or willingness to relocate promptly.
- Fluency in French and English. English-speaking candidates are highly prioritized.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Odoo or another ERP system is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to facilitate workshops and work with field teams.
- Confidentiality and discipline in documentation.
2. QUALITY CONTROLLERS
BRIC is also recruiting two Quality Controllers.
