Job Title: Food Delivery App User Tester

Job Summary

In this role, you will help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world user input. Your work will contribute to improving how AI models learn, reason, and respond to user needs.

No prior AI experience is required. Your knowledge of food delivery apps and user behaviour is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Use your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
2. Generate authentic search queries and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
3. Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
4. Develop queries and conduct reasoning exercises to test and improve AI models’ understanding of user behaviour.
5. Identify usability issues, recommend improvements, and flag inconsistencies across platforms.
6. Stay updated on the latest features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Must be an active food delivery app user with a documented order history.
2. Must not be a restaurant owner or delivery driver.
3. Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery platforms.
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and detail.
5. Proficiency in using smartphones or computers with food delivery apps installed.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
7. Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile applications or digital platforms.
2. Background in or interest in user experience (UX), artificial intelligence (AI), or digital product feedback.
3. Familiarity with multiple food delivery platforms and markets.
4. Strong analytical and reasoning skills, including the ability to formulate and answer complex questions about app interactions.
