GRAPHICS SYSTEM SA is recruiting a Senior Controller (M/F) to strengthen its internal control and management processes.
🎯 GENERAL MISSION
The successful candidate will contribute to improving the company’s control environment by ensuring the effective implementation of Level 1 procedures and controls by operational teams across the company’s activities and processes.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Level 2 operational controls across activities defined by the Finance Department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for General Management and process managers.
- Implement the company’s control methodology, including:
- Simple reviews
- In-depth reviews
- Regularly review the control plan to ensure adequate coverage of operational activities.
- Identify risk areas and activities not covered by existing controls.
- Develop risk-based control plans.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans following control findings.
- Provide coaching and training to employees and newly recruited junior staff.
- Actively participate in the implementation of the company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) approach.
🎓 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of higher education in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Auditing
- Management Control
- Internal Control
- Risk Management
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role involving management control, internal control, internal audit or finance.
- Experience in an industrial, commercial or structured group environment is an advantage.
