📢 EMRALD SECURITIES SERVICES is recruiting an Administrative and Financial Manager (AFM).

EMRALD SECURITIES SERVICES, a financial and investment group operating in the capital markets of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) zone, is seeking a qualified professional to join its subsidiary, ESS BOURSE.

1. Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the company’s accounting, financial, and administrative operations.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance with requirements specific to the CEMAC financial market.
• Managing cash flow and optimising financial flows.
• Implementing management control systems and performance monitoring tools.
• Preparing financial statements and ensuring appropriate reporting to management.
• Supervising payroll processing and personnel administration.

2. Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements

• A Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Management Control, or an equivalent field.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of professional experience.
• Experience in a similar position or within a financial department is preferred.

Additional Advantage

• Professional certification in Financial Management, Auditing, or Management Control will be highly valued.

Availability

• Immediate availability is preferred.
