1. Background
Under the leadership of the regional office in Dakar and in close collaboration with interventions in the neighboring Central African Republic (CAR), DRC began operations in Cameroon in 2018 to address the humanitarian needs of CAR refugees and vulnerable Cameroonian populations in the Adamawa Region.
DRC initially established its operations in Meiganga, in the East Region, and subsequently in Djohong and Garoua-Boulaï. In 2024, DRC expanded its operations to the Mayo-Tsanaga department in the Far North region, in coordination with other humanitarian actors, to implement a livelihood response for the most vulnerable refugees in the Minawao camp. In 2025, DRC
also extended its operations to the Northwest region, with the opening of an office in Bamenda.
2. Purpose
Under the technical supervision of the Supply Chain Manager based in Yaoundé, the Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department in Yaoundé. The Supply Chain Intern
may also travel to other bases to provide logistical support, as needed and at the discretion of the Supply Chain Manager.

Required Qualifications : Experience and Technical Skills: Academic level equivalent to a minimum of two years of post-secondary education (Bac+2), ideally in logistics, accounting/economics, or a Bioforce-type qualification; Knowledge of logistics management software (SIGL, Dynamics, etc.) is preferred; Excellent command of Microsoft Office; Excellent command of Excel; Excellent analytical and reporting skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in stressful conditions; Good understanding of the work context within an international environment.
