Junior Customer Service for a Multinational in the Maritime transportation and transit industry.
Job Location: Douala
Contract Duration: 1 year
Core Missions:
Gaining valuable experience in providing exceptional support to our customers. The candidate will work closely with senior agents to handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and contribute to building strong customer relationships.
Required Profile:
A/L – BACC +2 year in commerce, or international relations in a business school or any equivalence preferred;
Minimum 1-2 years experience at a similar role
Required skills:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat under the guidance of senior agents;
Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services;
Resolve basic customer issues with the support of senior agents;
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior agents or appropriate departments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions;
Experience with CRM software (eg, Salesforce, Zendesk);
Fluency in English and French will be an asset.
