Context
Europe Afrique Services (EAS), a company specializing in outsourcing and
human resources management, is recruiting a Junior Internal Auditor for a 6-month assignment for its client
, a major and prestigious bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Junior Internal Auditor will be integrated into small operational teams and will participate in team audit missions, under the supervision of the Department Managers. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Prepare the required documentation for audit missions, including questionnaires and audit tools. • Collect data from employees, statements, and supporting documents (trial balance, general ledger, etc.). • Participate in the design of an audit mission program. • Support the mission leaders in preparing the necessary elements for an audit. • Participate in audit or control missions of accounting and financial operations in accordance with legal obligations. • Perform assigned tasks while respecting applicable methodologies and standards, within the given deadlines. • Identify key points and conclusions under supervision. • Prepare reliable working documents. • Participate in physical inventories: assess stock levels and formalize a status report. • Monitor work and outstanding items throughout the mission. • Assist in report preparation by providing relevant information and data. • Contribute to the prevention and management of financial risks within organizations and to the investigation of potential irregularities.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE • You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles . • Good knowledge of Auditing • Knowledge of Auditing Methodology • Knowledge of banking risks and a good ability to identify them • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of banking operations • Knowledge of banking regulations
EDUCATION LEVEL
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Accounting, Finance, or any other equivalent field.
LANGUAGES AND OTHER SKILLS
– French: Fluent
– English: Professional
DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT: 6 months
