WE ARE HIRING

Context Initiative Bafoussam is a Cameroonian non-profit association created in December 2022, whose activity began in the first half of 2023. Initiative Bafoussam aims to support entrepreneurship in the MIFI department by providing a non-profit support service. financial linked to financial support called an honorary loan.

Mission Support the Territorial Facilitator in the implementation of quality management of resources on the Administrative – Financial Accounting and Human Resources level.

Specific responsibilities and tasks Operational and administrative resources and support

  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance
  • Manage missions, absences and other administrative formalities
  • Receive and manage mail
  • Contribute to carrying out administrative controls
  • Ensure management of expenses and revenues

Financial management

  • Ensure compliance with financial management standards and procedures
  • Prepare accounting documents
  • Participate in the development of budgets
  • Ensure management of fixed assets and inventory

Accounting management

  • Print and enter creditors and debtors
  • Enter accounting documents regularly
  • Ensure management of fixed assets and inventory
  • Participate in the preparation and evaluation of audit missions

Cashier and Bank

  • Check cash documents
  • Carry out cash inventories
  • Enter cash entries
  • Enter and apply bank documents

Pre-audit participation

  • Organize and maintain archiving in good form
  • Check the consistency of accounting documents with financial reports
  • Material management

Communication and publication

  • Facilitate communication within the Association
  • Contribute to information for external visitors
  • Ensure the collection and preparation of materials intended to supply publications and websites
