Reporting to: Legal/Debt Collection Manager, Commitment Monitoring Manager, Branch Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage debtor files • Locate debtors (on-site, social media, digital platforms) • Conduct field visits for debt collection after validation
• Follow up with debtor clients daily • Participate in debt collection actions and legal procedures (police stations,
gendarmerie)
• Actively interact within internal debt collection channels
• Produce daily activity summaries • Write detailed weekly reports • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to obtain necessary information on cases
