Ensure the economic relevance of investments, offers and services, as well as any initiative impacting the company’s profitability, before their validation by management, and conduct post-mortem monitoring of their profitability/ROI.

– Provide support for the financial modeling of various topics and the development of files. Ensure the viability of the models presented and conduct sensitivity analyses to allow for a proper assessment of the risks associated with the various projects.
– Interact directly with stakeholders and budget holders, demonstrating autonomy and initiative. Review files and communicate analyses to operational staff and management.
– Highlight areas of concern and report them to management.
Conduct economic studies and analyses and formulate recommendations for internal and external clients (distributors).

. – Optimize costs through various scenarios and formulate recommendations for internal and external stakeholders and management.
Develop an analytical P&L (Profit & Loss Account) and a network cost model.
– Produce unit costs and a cost library
– Produce the analytical P&L according to the relevant analytical axes (P&L by Region, P&L by Site, P&L by Activity, etc.)
– Formalize the production process including the governance rules for allocation keys
– Build a network cost model, on a semi-annual basis, by technology (actual and forecast)
– Contribute to updating regulatory cost accounting
– Interact directly with support and client entities involved in the analytical P&L and unit costs (marketing,Distribution, Technique, pricing etc.).
Ensuring Business Partnering
– Providing strategic and operational support, participating in the formulation of recommendations and proposals, monitoring the implementation of recommendations, involvement in projects and initiatives of the departments: Supporting operational staff, particularly in the development of their budgets, providing them with the necessary information for monitoring operational plans.
