The Rector of the Kalata Higher Institute (ISKA), a bilingual higher education institute based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, is actively seeking permanent and part-time English-speaking and French-speaking teachers for the 2024-2025 academic year for the Capacity, BTS/HND, Bachelor’s and Master’s cycles as well as the CQP and DQP in the following professions or sectors:
Law and legal intelligence professions;
Network and telecommunications professions;
Management and commerce professions;
Banking and finance professions;
Arts and cultural professions;
Health professions;
IT, digital and web professions;
Communication professions;
Economics and social entrepreneurship professions;
Educational sciences;
Artificial intelligence professions;
Environmental sciences.
Type of contract: Vacation
Academic level/experience required
Hold at least a BAC+3
Professional experience of at least 03 years of teaching
Being versatile would be an asset

The Kalata Higher Institute, a higher education institute based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, is actively seeking a Director of Academic Affairs to support its growth and development.
Contract type: Fixed-term contract
Missions/Responsibilities/Activities
Supervise and evaluate teachers and the programs offered by the Institute;
Plan and coordinate study programs, activities and educational projects for students;
Develop and implement academic policies and procedures in accordance with international higher education standards;
Work closely with other departments and services of the Kalata Group to ensure a harmonious integration of academic programs, with orientation, schooling and relations with the hierarchy;
Encourage and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and mutual respect between teachers, students and staff.
Academic level/experience required
Hold a doctorate/PhD
Professional experience of at least 03 years in this field
Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)
Know how to be/ Know how to do
Know how to use computer tools (Office, Internet, etc.);
Have leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to motivate others to work collaboratively;
Have excellent communication skills in problem solving;
Be rigorous and honest;
Have a sense of teamwork and excellent conflict management skills.
