MAIN MISSIONS
– The legal counsel will be the legal guarantor of all the company’s operations. He/she ensures the legal security of the company’s actions, prevents litigation risks and ensures strict compliance of activities with the provisions of the OHADA Uniform Acts, Cameroonian law in force as well as applicable sectoral regulations.

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
– Minimum bachelor’s degree in law with a specialization in private law
– Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in a company or consulting firm.
