• Conduct site visits to identify business needs and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop the overall budget and schedule for the project portfolio, assemble the project management teams, monitor project progress, and finalize project acceptance.
Complete project closure and handover for maintenance, and release the warranty after final acceptance of the work. • Conduct analyses and prepare project documents.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Development Project Management. • Fluency in French and/or English.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: • Real estate asset management. • Architecture and urban planning.

Required Level:
