AGE GROUP 25-35 years
EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree (2-3 years of higher education) in Software Engineering. Knowledge of Accounting and Budget Management would be an asset.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE One (1) year (min.) in a similar position. Knowledge of the microfinance environment would be an asset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Mobile Development Monitoring: Maintain daily contact with the external development team, monitor sprints, code progress, and compliance with technical specifications. Test and Acceptance Management (QA): Design test scenarios, test functionality and performance, qualify and escalate bugs to the development team. Reporting and Documentation: Produce and present weekly reports on project progress, application stability, and areas for improvement. Technology Watch: Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile development and integrate them into company strategies.
SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR Methodical, curious, responsive and proactive mindset. Rigorous and methodical in planning and executing tasks. Good organizational and written/oral communication skills.
