Mission
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the position holder will be responsible for applying the commercial policy of the bank in the market segment with a view to preserving, developing and growing its business.

Profile
Hold at least a Bac+3 degree in Finance, Management, Marketing and Sales or a Business School, have a minimum experience of 02 years as a portfolio manager.

Main Responsibilities
Promote and sell bancassurance products and services to customers: individuals, businesses, SMEs and SMIs;  
 
Advise customers in terms of investment and placement, directing them if necessary to other contacts within the bank;
 
Manage and develop a portfolio of customers (individuals, businesses, SMEs and SMIs);
 
Ensure monitoring of the client’s progress;  
 
Check the quality of accounting and financial information;  
 
Identify financial risks (tax fraud, money laundering, etc.);
 
Negotiate financial conditions and put in place guarantees;  
 
Examine credit applications and assess the risks before transmission to the credit committee;  
 
Prospect new customers;
 
Monitor regulatory, legal and tax developments specific to the banking sector;
 
Update commercial files and transmit reports;
 
Monitor the network of business providers;
 
Maintain relationships with individual, business, SME/SMI customers by holding regular check-ups;
 
Manage abnormal transactions or cash facilities (accounts receivable, authorized overdrafts, etc.);
 
Carry out certain back office operations (Issuance of RIB, account certification, etc.);
