PROFESSIONAL INTERNS IN HUMAN RESOURCES
MAIN ACTIVITIES
under the authority of a pole manager
– Develop or update human resources management tools;
• Propose areas for improving HR processes;
Set up or update dashboards to monitor HR activities; • Ensure logistics in
internal or external recruitment, training, consulting or support processes:
• Manage the implementation of HR policies;
• Participate in the development and updating of job descriptions;
• Participate in the drafting or updating of HR procedures;
• Monitor indicators relating to the achievement of objectives;
• Participate in the development of reporting.
PROFILE
• Minimum Bac+3 level in Human Resources Management or equivalent; • You have significant experience as an HR manager;
• Master the fundamental concepts of Human Resources Management: • The ability to work in project mode is a plus;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of service:
• Customer and results-oriented, you have proven your ability to work completely independently, and you transform difficulties into opportunities;
• Have a spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis; – Be a force for proposal.
