In order to strengthen our Back Office and as part of the development of our commercial activities, we are looking for qualified telemarketers. The telemarketer with missions related to marketing will have the main mission of answering incoming calls and advising customers on the products or services corresponding to their needs. He also does prospecting to acquire new customers and increase the company’s turnover.
His activities will be:
• Answer customer calls in a courteous and friendly manner:
• Prospect potential customers. then identify their needs and transmit this
• Information to a salesperson if necessary:
• Contact customers using a sales pitch to convince them and
• Build customer loyalty. by ensuring that they are well advised and that they have all the information they need:
• ensure order tracking Sales is;
• Inform Customers of promotional offers or new
• Transmit. Where appropriate, services
• Prepare your argument and anticipate Objections,’
• Write SMS, letters, comments following calls,

Be multitasking. for both On a Support and IT
Know and master the techniques of negotiation and customer relations:
Know how to adapt your sales pitch according to each customer profile: Master IT tools (database, messaging, internet, “business” software)
Have a very good sense of and Contact;
Master English an asset
Be an excellent negotiator;
Samir control your emotions so as not to be destabilized by the aggressiveness of some
Be Results-oriented.
Have a good team spirit.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Level Bac •2 in Marketing, Operational sales action Or in a parallel discipline
Ogé between years,
Minimum 01 year of justified experience in sales and the back office
