REGIONAL DIRECTOR CEC
Manager MISSION OF THE POSITION – Define an action plan for the development of its region by implementing the region’s retail strategy in line with the retail bank’s development strategy Organize and coordinate the animation, commercial development in collaboration with its Agency Directors. Represent and safeguard the interests of BICEC with third parties.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION • Execute the annual budget and achieve the financial and other objectives assigned to the Region; • Decide on the distribution of individual and collective objectives in collaboration with its Agency Directors and the Retail Banking Director; • Develop the client portfolio and commitments of its Region; – Lead and coach the Region and agency teams, and detect individual potential; . Contribute to the Region’s commercial performance; • Approve/Validate credit granting files in its delegation; • Control the risks associated with the management of the region’s banking activity (credit risks, operational risks, fraud, etc.); – ensure that the internal control and risk management system is controlled and monitored in collaboration with the risk and control functions: • Optimize synergy with other SME and GE sales departments; • Directly manage a very high-end client portfolio (Personal Clientele) in the Region; Ensure a good level of administrative monitoring within the Region.
PROFILE OF THE HOLDER • Higher intelligence diploma (BACC +5 minimum) or banking diploma (ITB); • Successful experience of at least ten (10) years in team management in one of the following positions: Agency Manager 1st category and Non-category, Senior Banker, Market Manager, Commitment Manager, Recovery Manager, Sales; Manager • Geographical mobility appreciated. Knowledge Know-how • Commercial skills (sales, negotiation, persuasion skills); Animation Knowledge of financial analysis, taxation, economics of individuals and businesses; Knowledge of financial analysis techniques; ⚫ Knowledge of SYSCOHADA accounting; General knowledge of banking activity, structures and processing circuits, procedures and regulations;

Decision-making skills and risk-taking skills; Managerial skills (ability to clearly define missions, to get involved in the professional development of employees, to objectively evaluate employees, organize and lead meetings);
Analytical and synthesis skills;
• Integration and commercial networking skills; Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; Ability to research information and update knowledge.
