Ensure sales to Corporates and individuals and reference them in the database
Answer telephone calls and respond to customer emails by providing them with accurate information
Ensure a satisfactory level of customer service at all times by email, telephone or by receiving them physically.
Ensure sales to ASKY Club members and retain them
Prepare daily reports
Take charge of customers and call them in case of irregularities

– Perform coupons reconciliation with cash inflows from sales
– Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
– Promote and enroll customers in ASKY club
– Assist the switchboard operator in receiving calls from customers
– Deal with assigned corporate clients and maintain detailed sales records
III- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum BAC diploma
– Mastery of SITA
– Ticketing / Travel and Tourism / Sales Certificate
– IATA / FUAAV qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
– Minimum 3 years experience in a similar ticketing position
– Age between 25 – 35 years
