As part of our expansion and strengthening our sales strategy, GIORTECH CAMEROON is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
β’ Define and implement the company’s sales strategy; β’ Prospect and develop the B to B and B to C
customer portfolio ; β’ Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives; β’ Ensure competitive intelligence and suggest areas for improvement; β’ Negotiate and conclude contracts with customers and partners β’ Any other tasks related to his skills Profile β’ Degree in business, management or equivalent. β’ Significant experience in a similar position (3 years) minimum mainly in the sale of IT services and solutions. β’ Be perfectly bilingual β’ Excellent negotiation and communication skills. β’ Ability to lead a team and manage sales performance. β’ Proficiency in IT and CRM tools β’ Proficiency in sales strategies β’ Creativity, initiative and ability to work in a team.
