As part of our expansion and strengthening our sales strategy, GIORTECH CAMEROON is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Define and implement the company’s sales strategy; • Prospect and develop the B to B and B to C
customer portfolio ; • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives; • Ensure competitive intelligence and suggest areas for improvement; • Negotiate and conclude contracts with customers and partners • Any other tasks related to his skills Profile • Degree in business, management or equivalent. • Significant experience in a similar position (3 years) minimum mainly in the sale of IT services and solutions. • Be perfectly bilingual • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to lead a team and manage sales performance. • Proficiency in IT and CRM tools • Proficiency in sales strategies • Creativity, initiative and ability to work in a team.
