A company specializing in the transit, logistics, and customs clearance of
goods is seeking an
experienced, discreet, and highly professional Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
MAIN DUTIES:
– Assist the Managing Director in the daily management of their activities
– Manage the agenda, organize appointments, meetings, and travel
– Process correspondence, emails, memos, and confidential documents
– Prepare strategic files related to transit and
customs clearance operations
– Draft minutes, presentations, and reports
– Coordinate internal communication between management and departments
– Perform various administrative tasks for the Managing Director
REQUIRED PROFILE:
– At least 5 years of experience as an executive secretary/
personal assistant
– Experience in transit/logistics/shipping/customs clearance is highly
valued
– Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Discretion, confidentiality, organization, and reliability
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
– Professional appearance English preferred.
Location: Bonanjo/Douala.
Availability: Immediate or by arrangement
