1. Company Profile A

business applications (ERP, AI-assisted health platforms, mobile applications) using an “African by Design” approach, meaning they are natively adapted to local realities such as Mobile Money, USSD and CIMA regulatory requirements. 2. Main Mission Reporting to the Financial Controller, your mission will be to guarantee the reliability of ATS’s
accounting and financial information. In this capacity, you will ensure the quality of accounting closings, the production of financial statements, reports, and dashboards, as well as the management of invoicing, collections, cash flow, and intercompany accounts. You will also ensure compliance with legal, tax, and Group requirements, while providing Senior Management with reliable financial information to support decision-making. 

3. Description of Responsibilities – Collect, verify, and record all supporting documents for the company. – Record bank, payroll, fixed asset, and adjusting entries. – Process purchases, accounts payable, accrued expenses, accrued revenue, and inventory entries. – Reconcile general and subsidiary accounts and ensure the chart of accounts is compliant. – Issue invoices on time, in accordance with contracts and approved services. – Monitor cash receipts, allocate payments, and maintain the accounts receivable aging report. – Analyze billing disputes, coordinate their resolution, and assess the risk of non-payment. – Prepare cash flow forecasts and secure payments, receipts, and bank balances. – Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to the Group’s schedule. – Produce the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and annotated notes.

– Prepare reports for the General Management, the Group, the Committees, and the Board
of Directors.
– Analyze Actual/Budget/Forecast variances for revenues, expenses, margins, and cash flow.
– Design and update dashboards using Power BI and/or the internal BI tool.


– Prepare audit files and ensure the availability, traceability, and quality of supporting documentation.
– Document and improve accounting procedures, key controls, and the audit trail
. – Periodically reconcile all balance sheet accounts and document outstanding transactions.
– Reconcile current accounts with subsidiaries and obtain quarterly confirmation.
– Maintain the fixed asset register, track depreciation and provisions, and clear suspense accounts.
4. Technical Skills
– General Accounting and Closings: Proficiency in general accounting, closing procedures, and
account reconciliation.
– Accounting Standards and Financial Statements: Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and presenting
financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
– Internal Control: Sound knowledge of internal control mechanisms, the audit trail, and
document retention rules.
– Financial Analysis: Ability to perform budget analyses, forecasts,
cash flow analyses, and performance variance analyses.
– Treasury and Collection Management: Proficiency in invoicing, collection,
treasury management, and accounts receivable processes.
– Financial Reporting: Ability to produce reliable financial reports for Management,
Committees, the Board of Directors, and the Group.
– Consolidation and Intercompany Transactions: Proficiency in intercompany account reconciliations and
Group reporting requirements.
– Financial Communication: Ability to present clear, concise, and appropriate financial information for
different decision-making levels.
– Accounting Tools and Business Intelligence: Proficiency in an ERP or accounting software (Sage X3 or
equivalent), Power BI, and/or Business Intelligence tools.


– Office tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and all office software.

5. Other
– Bilingual (Ability to interact with clients in both French and English).
6. Education & experience
– Degree: Bachelor’s +4/5 in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or equivalent.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/reporting, including at least 2 years in closings and
management reporting.
