MISSIONS

The Technical Sales Representative’s main role is to:

Manage and develop a portfolio of manufacturers and sites in order to achieve the Volume, Market Share, Distribution and Profit objectives of the assigned products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve the Volume, Market Share, Distribution and Profit objectives of the products in its sector.

Ensure a high standard of sales vectors (Product application, Product presence, Price, Persuasion) in its sector to enable the achievement of the expected additional volumes.

Know how to better target and cover sites and manufacturers that facilitate the return on investment (Priority users/segments).

Have sites out of stock delivered immediately.

Beat the competition by effectively monitoring activities, taking counter-attack actions, Reporting.

Ensure the achievement of site/manufacturer visit objectives through an efficient tour plan, and advice to Resellers in relation to high consumption areas in order to fill or even avoid stock shortages.

Develop an accurate map of the world of manufacturers and construction sites.

Identify opportunities and develop action plans for target segments.

Provide advice and guidance to customers.

Collect and forward customer complaints to the Technical Sales Supervisor.

Build monthly action plans.

Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum Bac + 2 in Civil Engineering or any other equivalent diploma

Less than 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering work

Technical skills

Mastery of sales tour planning techniques

Persuasive selling and sales vectors

Stages of the structured sales visit

Knowledge of cement, its components and uses;

Knowledge of cement and concrete applications in construction;

Laboratory experience (Quality Assurance and control), aggregates, cements and concretes;

Behavioral Skills

Strong interpersonal skills
