Recruitment Context
As part of the implementation of its strategy of territorial expansion and increased market penetration, 31)C COOP-CA is opening new branches in SIMBOCK and BARRIERE – YAOUNDE and strengthening its teams. This growth dynamic aims to bring our services closer to the population, in particular the segments traditionally excluded from the traditional financial system. To support this ambition, we are recruiting dynamic and results-oriented Account Managers, capable of actively contributing to prospecting, business development, customer loyalty and the promotion of our digital financial products. This recruitment is part of our commitment to building a strong, agile and resolutely innovative network.
Position Description
    I. Main missions of the position:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and professional clients;
Promote and sell the institution’s financial products and services;
Analyze customer solvency;
Ensure effective credit monitoring;
• Carry out regular field visits and activity evaluations;
Contribute to the growth and quality of the credit portfolio;


Identify new business opportunities and participate in prospecting and financial education campaigns.
Prepare and submit activity reports;
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager she/he must:
• Prospect and acquire new clients;
• Build, maintain and strengthen client relationships;
• Collect and analyze financial data,
• Prepare credit files and submit complete loan applications; Monitor credit disbursements;

• Track credit repayments, detect early signs of default;
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
• Promote cross-selling of other financial products;
Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports;
• Participate in team meetings, training and performance reviews;
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
    Ill. ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
1. Prospecting and business development o Identify new potential clients (individuals and SMEs);
Organize and conduct field visits to present the institution’s products; o Participate in sales and financial education campaigns;
2. Solvency analysis and preparation of credit files o Collect financial, social and professional data of clients; o Assess repayment capacity through cash flow analysis; o Prepare credit applications in accordance with internal standards;
3. Credit monitoring and portfolio management o Regularly monitor repayments and payment behavior; o Update payment schedules and follow up with customers in the event of delays; o Anticipate risks of non-repayment and alert management;
4. Debt collection o Initiate amicable recovery actions; o Develop repayment plans for customers in difficulty; o Prepare files for contentious recovery if necessary;


5. Customer loyalty and relationship management o Ensure personalized and responsive after-sales service; o Resolve customer complaints on time; o Offer complementary products adapted to customer needs;
6. Reporting and administration o Enter customer data into the information system; o Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports; o Archive customer files according to internal procedures;
7. Compliance and control
Check the compliance of customer documents (KYC), o Respect AML/CFT procedures and regulatory standards; o Participate in internal audits and implement recommendations.

Minimum Bac+3
Minimum of a university degree BAC + 3 in Management, Banking, Finance or any related field; Experience in a similar postc or in agency management in the banking sector Expected skills:
Ability to assess solvency through financial analysis and risk assessment.
Proficiency in managing and developing a high-performing client portfolio;
Ability to promote and sell financial products (loans, savings, insurance, digital services);
Ability to monitor repayments and manage unpaid debts;
Mastery of banking and microfinance re-entry

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to popularize financial solutions;
• Ability to convince clients and manage objections with diplomacy;

• Constant concern for customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Ability to collaborate with other departments (credit, operations, marketing, etc.);
• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information;
