If you have a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law (or equivalent), are proficient in employment law and HRIS tools, and have a solid experience of at least 5 years (including 3 in a management position) that has already given you the stature of a leader (experience in an industrial environment would be a real plus).
