Consult patients, make the diagnosis and prescribe the appropriate treatment in accordance with the
department ‘s protocols
Carry out recruitment and systematic visits and then transmit the report to the hierarchy.

Ensure the monitoring, organization and carrying out of additional examinations prescribed by the head nurse
Assist the nursing assistant in the management of the pharmacy stock and small equipment
Management of medical data
Supervise the production of the daily, weekly and monthly activity report to be sent to the head nurse
Maintain nursing records, registers and ensure the transmission of relevant data to the
hierarchy
Develop statistics
Ensure the reception and supervision of students during their internship and participate in evaluation
Ensure the proper completion of all operations carried out by nursing assistants. Awareness, Health Training and Medical Research Establish the staff awareness program in agreement with the head nurse Raise awareness among workers on the wearing of PPE. Prevention of work accidents, work procedures of the medical service, pathologies and compliance with hygiene and safety measures. entrusted ☑ Monitor the activities of maintenance staff and ensure that the work is carried out correctly ✓ Organize and carry out the safe reception of all new hires Participate in nursing research (quality of care, workplace care protocols) and epidemiological surveys ☑ Ensure the follow-up of patients with long-term care conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, PLHIV, etc.) and various public health programs. ✓ Participate in educational talks ✓ Participate in the prevention of work accidents, pathologies and health education of staff
PROFILE Compliance with hygiene and safety measures, standards and environmental requirements Ensure the cleanliness of social and health infrastructures (toilets, canteens), the validity of medical certificates of saleswomen in the sectors. Respect and ensure compliance with operational procedures, work instructions, hygiene and safety measures and the protection of the work environment Participate if possible in meetings (CSST, HSE), coordinate information and prevention actions with other stakeholders (Security, CSST, etc.)
Ensure optimal use of electrical energy (systematic shutdown of appliances, air conditioning, lighting, etc.) in the event
of absence from the office.
Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree +2/3 in health care / Nurse
