Context: We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee and coordinate the accounting management of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards, as well as providing strategic support in financial matters.
Main missions:
Supervise the maintenance of accounts and ensure their reliability.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Prepare and monitor forecasted cash flow.
Ensure tax compliance and manage declarations.
Prepare and supervise internal and external audits.
Collaborate with management to support financial decisions.
Manage and supervise the accounting team.
Desired profile:
Degree in accounting, management or finance (Bac+5 minimum).
Experience in a firm strongly recommended.
Proven experience as a Chief Accountant for at least 02 years. Mastery of local accounting and tax standards.
Excellent knowledge of IT tools and accounting software. Leadership skills, rigor and organizational skills.
