As part of its efforts to strengthen its sales force in Yaoundé and Douala, the microfinance institution CECIC SA is actively seeking two Portfolio Managers.
Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain a healthy loan portfolio;
Evaluate loan repayment capacity and guarantees.
Main Activities
Prospect for potential clients;
Collect, record, and analyze loan applications;
Prepare summary reports on loan files;
Monitor the disbursement of loans approved by the committee, as well as loan repayments;
Track client records and loan usage;
Monitor the recovery of outstanding loans;
Negotiate reports on the loan portfolio and conduct competitive intelligence within the sector;
Inform clients about other services and products offered by the institution and facilitate their access.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel);
Ability to analyze financial data.
Sales skills;
Management skills; Proficiency in banking software (Sopra Banking) would be an asset.

Required profile
: Education: Minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (BAC+2) in sales, banking and finance, or any other finance-related field.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in credit procedures within the microfinance or banking sector;
Excellent knowledge of the city of Yaoundé or Douala.
