AJE Group is a leading player in the soft drink sector in Cameroon. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced
professionals to join our team as Regional Sales Managers.
Job Summary:
We are looking for three Regional Sales Managers to lead our sales teams in different regions of Cameroon. The
successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers,
partners, suppliers, and staff. They will also be responsible for managing sales projects, providing training and
coaching to staff, and improving sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, partners, and staff
– Use customer relationship management databases to manage sales data
– Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and provide regular progress updates
– Provide training and coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and performance
– Improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
– MUST BE BILINGUAL (English mandatory and French Languages)
– Extensive knowledge of sales and management principles
– Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
– Ability to motivate and lead sales teams to achieve their goals
– Excellent project management, time management and communication skills
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Proficiency in using customer relationship management databases
