AYEMBE Investment and Credit Cooperative Society (AICCO Finance) is a Category I Microfinance Institution committed to providing quality financial services to individuals, groups, and businesses across Cameroon. As part of its expansion and commitment to excellence, AICCO Finance invites applications from suitably qualified, competent, and experienced candidates to fill the following positions.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. BRANCH MANAGERS (2) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or any related field. Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a microfinance institution or commercial bank, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial position. Sound knowledge of microfinance operations and COBAC regulations.
Key Competencies: Excellent leadership and staff management skills. Strong marketing and business development abilities. Capacity to mobilize deposits and grow membership. Ability to manage loan portfolios and ensure effective loan recovery. Strong analytical, decision-making, and report-writing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. LOAN OFFICER (1) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related discipline. Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in lending or microfinance operations. To optimiseManaging Your Financial Investments
Key Competencies: Loan appraisal and credit analysis. Loan monitoring and recovery. Customer relationship management. Marketing and business development skills. Ability to meet performance targets. Good report-writing and communication skills.
3. ACCOUNTS CLERK (1) Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
Key Competencies: Sound knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail. Good organizational and communication skills.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS Be of high moral character with unquestionable integrity. Be able to work independently and under pressure. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be willing to work in any branch of AICCO Finance within Cameroon. Demonstrate commitment, discipline, teamwork, and professionalism.
