CONTEXT————————————————– ———–Maclain & Associes, a recruitment and placement firm based in Yaoundé, is recruiting ten (10) Central International Operations Agents on behalf of one of its clients, a leader in the banking sector, resolutely committed to ensuring quality and local service to its customers.

POSITION MISSIONAttached to the International Operations Department, the incumbent’s essential mission is to carry out tasks related to the activity of transferring funds abroad, as well as transfers received from abroad throughout the national network of the Bank.

POSITION ACTIVITIES————————————————– ———— Validate the Import domiciliations entered by the agencies.- Validate transactions in SWIFT (transfers issued, REMDOC and CREDOC) from 5 to 50 million.- Check the files to be sent for BEAC pre-financing.- Control and validate the sending of BEAC pre-financing files via the dedicated application- Enter SYGMA MT298 and MT202 messages.- Send pre-financing requests to the BEAC- Follow the fate of BEAC pre-financing files.- Send the Decadal States to the BEAC.- Send the Allocation Request (Envelope / Forecast) to the BEAC- Check and analyze customer KYC documents- Check and load clearances in E-transfer- Validate clearances loaded by the units in E-transfert- Ensure clearance at the BEAC of the previous/current envelope allocation.- Produce the monthly declaration of import direct debits.- Monitor the clearance of files relating to international fund movements.- Monitor deadlines for Document Remittances, Documentary Import Credits and Free Bills for collection- Manage weekly allocations- Process received and checked messages- Process messages entered in amplitude- Process messages in XAF transferred to the decentralized unit- Analyze supporting documents- Reservation lifting

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED————————————————– ———— Academic level: Bac + 3 minimum in management studies (accounting, economics, commerce, etc.).- Professional experience: not required- Knowledge of:· Bank transactions;· Office automation: Excel; Word; Power point· English
