Caitflor Industry is a dynamic company specializing in the production and distribution of fresh fruit pre-cut in trays and located in the Logpom district not far from the Andem crossroads. We are looking for passionate people to join our team in the city of Douala and its surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
– prepare and distribute pre-cut fruit bowls in strategic areas of the city of Douala
– Promote our fresh fruit products in bowls in strategic locations such as businesses and shopping centers, etc.
– Provide information about our products, their origin and their health benefits.
– Answer customer questions and encourage sales.
– Manage and maintain your distribution tools including inventory management and ensuring product freshness.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve distribution and customer satisfaction objectives.
– recycling and cleaning to make the next day easier.
– Develop the company’s turnover in the optimal logic of profitability
Requirements:
– Passion for commerce
– Good communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently.
– Flexibility in terms of hours
– Previous experience in the field of sales, the food sector would be an asset.
– The distributor must prepare and distribute a minimum of 25 bowls of fruit per day.
Working days:
Monday – Friday
Remuneration
– 70,000 FCFA / month basic salary for a minimum of 25 bowls sold per day
(hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
Position advantages:
– Affiliation with the CNPS
– Transport allowances
– Housing allowances
That is 80,000 Fcfa gross salary
Effective payment after each 25 days of work
NB: no remuneration if you are not able to prepare and distribute at least 25 bowls of fruit per day

Between 18-35 years
Minimum 1 year of experience professional in the field of sales or distribution
Level of study: Minimum BEPC
